The Live Order Tracking feature allows you to manage and monitor orders in real-time, whether for the kitchen or overall restaurant operations. Here’s how to use it:

How to Access Live Orders

1. From the side menu, click on Live Orders.


2. You will be directed to the Live Orders Dashboard, which displays all current orders in progress.

Dashboard Features

• Order Overview: Each order is listed with details such as:

  • Order Number: Unique identifier for tracking.
  
  
  • Service Type: Dine-in, pickup, or delivery.
  
  
  • Status: Pending, preparing, completed, or canceled.

• Kitchen Orders: Staff can monitor and update the preparation progress for all kitchen orders.


• Uncompleted Orders: Filter and focus on orders that are not yet completed.


• Today's Orders: Track all orders placed during the day for operational insights.

Best Practices

• Use the "Complete" button to mark items as finished to ensure accurate tracking.
