Welcome to 7lool Inc., a comprehensive restaurant management software designed to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7lool software, mobile apps, and services (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Account Ownership: Each account is linked to a single individual or entity ("User"). Only authorized individuals may access the account.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and maintain its accuracy thereafter.

Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Subscription Options

Monthly and Annual Plans: Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis. Fees depend on the plan selected.

Free Trial: If applicable, a free trial period may be offered. At the end of the trial, you will be auto-enrolled in the selected plan unless canceled.

Payment Methods

Stripe and PayTabs: Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayTabs. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You may manage your subscription in your account settings.

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the case of proven technical issues directly attributable to 7lool Inc.

Failed Payments

In the event of a failed payment, access to Services may be suspended until payment is resolved. Repeated failures may result in account termination.

4. Use of the Services

Permitted Use: You may use the Services only for lawful purposes, including managing your restaurants and improving operations.

Prohibited Use: You may not:

  • Use the Services to conduct illegal activities.
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized users.
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Services.
  • Use the Services for any purpose that could harm 7lool Inc.'s reputation or systems.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, graphics, designs, and trademarks, remain the property of 7lool Inc. or its licensors.

Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

User Content: By submitting content (e.g., restaurant data, menus), you grant 7lool Inc. a license to use, store, and display it as needed to provide the Services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Handling: We collect and process personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Security: While we implement robust measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or data breach.

7. Service Availability and Maintenance

Uptime: While we aim for maximum uptime, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

Support: Technical support is available to all users through our help center or support channels. Response times may vary based on your plan.

8. Termination

Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.

Termination by 7lool Inc.: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services for violations of these Terms or failure to pay subscription fees.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all data and access to the Services will be permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: The Services are provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied.

Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7lool Inc.'s liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold 7lool Inc. harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Services.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified via email or an announcement within the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
