Create a Support Ticket


Creating a support ticket is simple and helps you communicate your issue effectively with our support team. Follow the steps below:



  1. Navigate to the side menu under Help & Support.

  2. Click on Support Tickets.

  3. Click on the Create New Ticket button.

  4. Fill out the form with your details and the issue description.

  5. Attach any necessary files, if required.

  6. Click Submit to send your ticket to the support team.
