Learn how to configure restaurant services such as enabling pickup, delivery, dine-in, waiter calling, stock management, ordering, and service fees. Follow this guide to optimize the services provided by your restaurant.

Accessing Services Configuration

To access and configure these settings:

1. Go to the side menu and click on Restaurant.


2. Scroll down to the section labeled Services.

Available Service Options

The Services section includes the following options:

• Pickup: Enable customers to pick up orders directly from your restaurant.


• Delivery: Allow your restaurant to deliver orders to customers.


• Dine-In: Enable dine-in service for your restaurant.


• Waiter Calling: Allow customers to call a waiter through the system.


• Stock Management: If enabled, items with stock quantity of 0 will not be available for ordering.


• Ordering: Enable or disable customer ordering through the system (available only if supported by the subscription plan).

Configuring Service Fees

Service fees can be configured for dine-in orders:

• Service Fee Type: Choose between Percentage or Fixed fee types.


• Service Fee Amount: Enter the amount to be applied based on the selected fee type.

How to Update Settings

To update the services:

1. Check or uncheck the boxes to enable or disable each service.


2. For service fees, select the type and enter the amount in the respective fields.


3. Click Save to apply the changes.
